**Labcorp is seeking an Inside Sales Manager to join our team in Dublin, OH.**

**Essential duties and responsibilities:**

+ Manage a team of 6 project analysts and 1 supervisor
+ Oversee various campaigns and initiatives to promote sales growth
+ Developing pipeline forecasts
+ Assist in hiring and training Inside Sales Executives and Inside Sales Reps to ensure they are successful
+ Ensure service levels are being maintained for assigned client base
+ Review the metrics of the inside sales executives on a regular basis
