- In charge of managing and developing relationships with an assigned portfolio of existing customers to enhance retention and business growth.
- In charge of sourcing and pursuing new sales opportunities through prospecting, cold outreach, and networking activities.
- Responsible for keeping accurate and updated customer information while preparing regular sales performance reports.
- Communicate regularly with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth coordination and a positive customer experience.
