Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Support to Customers

• Understand customer requirements, drawings, applications, and technical queries.
• Suggest suitable Elesa+Ganter products based on application, dimensions, material, load, operating conditions, and availability.
• Help customers identify correct product codes from catalogues, website, and internal product data.
• Provide basic technical clarifications related to product selection, interchangeability, installation, and application suitability.
• Coordinate with the Product Manager and parent company teams for complex technical queries, wherever required.
