Job Description
- Receive and process customer RFQs (Request for Quotation).
- Prepare quotations and input data for new projects.
- Correspond with customers and suppliers regarding quotation requests and pricing details.
- Update and maintain quotation data regularly based on predetermined rules, including changes in frequency, exchange rates, copper prices, and other material costs.
- Follow up with customers on project status and update project tracking sheets accordingly.
- Coordinate with other internal departments (e.g., logistics, finance, product management) to gather necessary information and complete customer inquiries.
- Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the sales supervisor/manager, including data entry, document preparation, and report generation.
- Manage and organize sales-related documentation and project files.
- Perform any other tasks as assigned by the sales team.
