Vacancy Description
The Internal Sales Representative plays a key role in supporting the sales team by managing quotations, processing orders, and ensuring smooth communication between customers, suppliers, and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and handle price requests via email, phone, and other channels
- Request quotations from suppliers and negotiate pricing and conditions with the Sales Director
- Prepare and send customer quotations
- Enter offers and orders into the ERP system (knowledge of Navision or Business Central is a strong asset)
- Follow up on ongoing quotations in collaboration with the sales team
- Monitor and manage ongoing orders (delivery timelines, framework agreements)
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
- Send payment reminders when required
