RESPONSIBILITIES

· To clearly describe the features of our services and products and deeply understand how it can benefit prospective customers

· Develop and maintain the HCM demonstration system

· Respond to Requests for Tender documents

· Develop project plans to secure and coordinate resources and to identify tasks associated with prospective presentations

· Assist with proposal development

· Attend meetings with prospects

· Keep abreast of technology developments as they relate to HRO

· Develop and maintain good working relationships with other team members to ensure co-operation and sharing of expertise

· Work very closely with Sales team lead to anticipate client needs and questions

· Create needed documentation and system improvements as necessary and appropriate

· Travel to client site as necessary

**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE**

· Bachelor degree or above
