We are seeking a dynamic Legal Associate to support the legal and regulatory functions of a
fast-growing media and technology business. The role involves contract management,
litigation coordination, IP portfolio management, and advisory across advertising,
technology, privacy, and media law matters.
This is a hands-on role requiring strong drafting skills, sound commercial judgment, and the
ability to work closely with business and product teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Commercial Contracts & Business Advisory
● Draft, review, negotiate and manage commercial agreements including vendor
agreements, service contracts, licensing agreements, NDAs, advertising agreements,
and platform-related contracts.
