Inpatient RN — Post-Surgical Care + Flexible Shifts

Novamed is seeking an RN for an inpatient unit to deliver patient-centered care to post-surgical and medical-surgical patients. You will assess, plan, and coordinate care with the healthcare team, educate patients and families on post-operative care, and coordinate discharge planning for optimal outcomes.

The role requires strong knowledge of medical terminology, EMR systems, HIPAA compliance, and effective communication in English, with a focus on safety and quality improvement across shifts.
