As a vital member of the operations team reporting to the Director of Operations, you will manage existing process improvements while overseeing new implementations of equipment and materials. Your expertise in polymer technologies and extensive experience in both production and project management will be crucial in supporting production, training, and troubleshooting efforts across branches.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement innovative processes, materials, and equipment
• Recommend production process improvements
• Create SOPs and support process training
• Assess production metrics and suggest enhancements
• Troubleshoot processing and equipment challenges
Requirements:
• Over 5 years in corrugated pipe manufacturing
• Over 20 years in plastics production experience
