About the role
As part of the expansion of our R&D team, we are looking for an R&D Project Engineer to join our TechCenter in Tiffauges (Vendée). The TechCenter consists of 27 Engineers, Technicians, and Operators and reports to the R&D Director.
What you will do
Lead and coordinate development projects within our strategic markets (Building & Construction, Industrial Applications, Automotive and Non-Automotive Cable Compounds), from customer requirements through product development to industrialization Apply your proven experience in polymer compounds, with solid expertise in PVC, TPE, and FRPO technologies Conduct continuous technology scouting to identify and evaluate new raw materials and innovative processing technologies that will support the development of differentiated future solutions Contribute to the daily operations of the R&D laboratory by ensuring compliance with quality, metrology, traceabil...
