Vacancy Description

You will contribute to the development of advanced technologies for future space missions, taking part in the design and implementation of innovative solutions based on autonomous embedded systems, heterogeneous architectures, cybersecurity, and the application of AI in embedded systems.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and maintain embedded software and firmware solutions for space-grade avionics equipment.
  • Customize and optimize flight and ground-segment operating systems, adapting them to the specific requirements of each mission.
  • Design and implement low-level software components, including drivers and Board Support Packages (BSPs).
  • Develop advanced Fault Detection, Isolation and Recovery (FDIR) functionalities to enhance system autonomy and reliability.
  • Integrate embedded software modules and onboard subsystems within complex, high-performance architectures.
