Job Overview
Provides on‑site support for the commissioning, maintenance and operation of fixed network products using GPON technology. Provides remote support, onsite support and guidance for FiberHome fixed network products to our customers. Continuous learning, practice and summary to improve personal skills and knowledge. Collects issues reported by the customers and forwards them to the R&D team.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Communication Engineering, Computer Science, Technology or related field.
