The position of Biomedical Design Engineer is an operational role that performs a series of tasks established in the processing of clinical cases for specific patients, primarily in the design stage. Work cases are assigned by a global organizational system that considers planning and surgery dates to establish their priority.

The processing or workflow of each case depends on validated and established procedures (SOPs), which can be found on the Materialise intranet inside of Learning and Development and assigned to each role according to received and approved training. In case of a...
