We are seeking a CAE Engineer with 8+ years of experience supporting structural crashworthiness and safety performance simulations. This role focuses on developing and validating full‑vehicle and subsystem FE models, interpreting crash performance, and providing design recommendations based on correlation between simulation results and physical test data.

The ideal candidate is highly proficient in crash simulation tools such as LS‑DYNA and has a strong foundation in automotive crash regulations and safety performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of vehicle crash simulations (frontal, side, rear, and rollover) using LS-DYNA.
• Build and refine finite element models of vehicle structures and safety components.
• Interpret simulation results and correlate FE models with physical crash test data to ensure predictive accuracy.
