OverviewWe are looking for a mid-level Project Engineer to join our Tlaxcala factory.In this role, you will be a key player in industrialization and NPI, ensuring a smooth transfer of new and modified products into series production.You will drive production follow-up, secure product release to series, and coordinate cross‐functional activities to deliver safe, efficient, and high‐quality manufacturing.ResponsibilitiesTransfer products and processes from R&D to production site.Secure product release to series, including validation of production readiness, documentation, and compliance with Ericsson standards and customer requirements.Implement and maintain efficient, ergonomic, and safe production processes, equipment, and tools.Assure that work instructions, process documentation, control plans, and test requirements are implemented for new projects.Identify and execute continuous improvement and cost‐reduction initiatives.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, ...
