As a leader in the Enterprise Patch Management team, you will drive technology enhancements and maintain high standards for infrastructure support across FortisBC's network. Extensive experience in managing both technical projects and end-user needs will be crucial for success in this role. Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update the Infrastructure Roadmap
• Lead a portfolio of infrastructure projects
• Provide advanced troubleshooting for critical issues
• Execute hardware/software upgrades and maintenance
• Develop and enforce IS guidelines and procedures
Requirements:
• 2-year diploma in Computer Science or Electronics
• 8 years of relevant technical experience
