- Deploy, implement, and support AI/HPC infrastructure, including servers, storage, networking, and virtualization.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation such as design plans, statements of work, and test reports.
- Collaborate on projects, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and technical objectives.
- Troubleshoot system issues and support resolution of technical incidents
- Work closely with vendors and customers to manage technical support cases and ensure resolutions.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and participate in relevant training and certifications.
- Diploma in IT or a related field, with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
