We are looking for an IT Support Analyst who can speak fluent Spanish.
Qualifications An IT or computer related degree (ideally a 2:1 or above) Fluent Spanish speaking skills A good understanding of Windows Servers, general Networking and Cisco (a bonus) Strong communication skills (Good telephone manner) Ability to speak to people at different levels Enjoys working on a busy helpdesk and is happy to be kept busy all the time Responsibilities Answer all incoming calls to the Help Desk in a professional, confident and timely manner Record and monitor calls using company approved systems, tools and procedures Escalate client enquiries appropriately to higher level support Invest...Ready to Apply?
