Infrastructure Specialist-Cloud Platforms

Required Skills: Hands-on experience in Jira and Confluence administration, including user management, workflow customization, plugin management, etc. Strong experience in migrating Jira and Confluence from Data Center to Cloud, including data migration, upgrades, and post-migration validation. Experience with Atlassian migration tools such as JCMA (Jira Cloud Migration Assistant) and CCMA (Confluence Cloud Migration Assistant). Experience in app/plugin assessment, compatibility checks, and migration strategies (Cloud vs DC apps). Familiarity with GitHub Actions, along with working knowledge of Bash and Groovy scripting. Optional Skills: Basic understanding of Kubernetes, Helm, and Docker would be an added advantage. Basic understanding of at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and its core services.
