A Lenovo ISG Technical Specialist is responsible for providing deep technical expertise across servers, storage, networking, and software‑defined solutions. They work closely with sales teams, partners, and customers to design, position, and validate infrastructure architectures that meet business and workload requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Pre‑Sales Support — Deliver product expertise, solution demonstrations, and technical guidance for ThinkSystem, ThinkAgile, and Lenovo ISG technologies.
Solution Design & Architecture — Build optimized infrastructure designs for data center modernization, virtualization, cloud, AI/ML, and edge deployments.
Customer Engagement — Lead technical discussions, discovery sessions, and proof‑of‑concepts to ensure solutions align with customer needs.
