Infrastructure Engineer - Sydney

Infrastructure Engineer (Onsite) 
We are looking for an experienced Field Services Engineer to provide onsite support for critical infrastructure in an Operational Technology environment.
In this role, you’ll support the Advanced Distribution Management System (ADMS) platform, help maintain secure and reliable operations and work closely with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement. This is a permanent, full-time onsite role suited to someone who thrives in hands-on infrastructure support and mission-critical environments.  
  
Key Responsibilities: 

• Provide L2 support for ADMS infrastructure and user-facing applications 
• Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues to maintain availability 
• Investigate and resolve technical incidents, service requests and control system issues 
• Maintain system documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
