Provide onsite technical support for desktop hardware, software, printers, and conference room equipment Perform routine tasks such as imaging computers, replacing printer toner, and resolving ServiceNow tickets Support asset lifecycle management including deployments, updates, and disposal of outdated equipment Maintain documentation including contact lists, process logs, inventory records, and service reports Troubleshoot issues using established procedures and escalate when necessary Monitor and maintain equipment, supplies, and data records to support operations Assist with AV setup and virtual meeting support, including preventative maintenance of conference rooms Requirements:
