**Job Description**
**Summary**
An infrastructure engineer ensures all the DBT Infrastructure systems that support business operations function efficiently. Additionally, the infrastructure engineer may also support and develop specific platforms and will concentrate on unifying communications, messaging and identity toward a seamless user experience. Provide assistance to Service Desk team as escalation point supporting ITIL model.
**Position Responsibilities**
+ Provide high quality, responsive and consistent resolutions to IT Incidents
+ Server administration Windows and Linux deployment
+ Managing the Infrastructure incident support queues activities on a day-to-day operational basis.
+ On-premises infrastructure: Active Directory, DNS, VMWare, firewalls, routing
+ Identity and user management solutions provided by Azure or 3rd party
+ Other duties as assigned
