Responsibilities
- Manage, monitor, and maintain servers, virtualization platforms, storage systems, firewalls, and related infrastructure
- Install, configure, and support Windows Server, RHEL, and system management tools
- Perform system upgrades, patch management, capacity planning, and performance tuning
- Manage backup, recovery, and replication activities to ensure data integrity and availability
- Conduct infrastructure security hardening based on CIS benchmarks and Singapore Government security standards
- Support IT governance, audit, compliance, and disaster recovery activities
- Participate in infrastructure implementation, enhancement projects, and change management processes
- Support enterprise hardware including Dell servers, Cisco switches, FortiGate firewalls, UPS, and Dell EMC storage
