Infrastructure Analyst

The Opportunity:

The infrastructure analyst provides analytical and planning support for infrastructure investment programs and emerging strategic initiatives across the Pacific region. Conducts engineering-based assessments, planning studies, and technical reviews to evaluate investment priorities, sustainment requirements, and long-term capability needs. Develops and maintains Basic Facility Requirements in coordination with supported units to validate required capacity, space, and functional needs against mission requirements. Analyzes existing assets and proposed projects to assess feasibility, alignment with requirements, and overall mission support value. Performs asset inventories and condition assessments to inform prioritization, gap identification, and investment decision-making.
