We are searching for an experienced IT Support Specialist to support our Montreal and Longueuil offices. The role involves hands‑on troubleshooting of Apple and Windows hardware and software, audio‑visual setup and support for internal meetings, deployment of laptops and desktops using MDM tools, administration of identity and productivity services, and management of tickets and inventory.
