The appointed IT personnel shall provide technical and operational support for the grants management platform. Responsibilities include:

• Oversee the operation, maintenance, and administration of the grants portal
• Configure and update application forms, workflows, and system settings
• Support the setup and launch of funding rounds, including portal readiness and deployment testing
• Maintain dashboards and reporting tools for tracking applications, evaluations, budgets, and portfolio performance
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact with the portal provider
• Identify and log system bugs and issues, and validate implemented fixes
• Verify vendor deliverables prior to approving milestones or payments
