Information Technology Program Manager

Summary This position is located in the Enterprise Production Services Division (EPS), Office of the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Office of the Executive Director (EX), Bureau of Diplomatic Security (DS). The incumbent serves as EPS Division Chief who manages IT operations and security; acts as a senior technical advisor to the CTO, the Executive Director, and other senior manangement officials and works closely with other USG counterparts. Responsibilities Manages CTO budget and personnel (full-time employees (FTE)/contractor analysts), ISSOs, cyber engineers, and PMs - overseeing cyber processes and DS systems to reduce risk and meet OMB mandates and FISMA Risk Management Framework requirements.
