Job Description:
- Manage users from Active Directory Windows Server
- Manage users and devices from Azure Cloud and Intune Endpoints
- Manage user’s mailbox on exchange servers (O365 Administrator)
- Working with ticket system
- Troubleshooting hardware, software and network problems
- Assist IT Network for troubleshooting network
- Hardware repair and maintenance (desktop/laptop/printer/cctv)
Qualification :
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Proficiency in Windows and Mac OS environments
- Familiarity with computer hardware, software, and networking
- Experience with troubleshooting software/hardware issues
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365, and common business applications
