Our Toronto based client is seeking an IT Business Analyst with a project‑management skillset to join their team.
Base Pay Range CA$65.00/hr – CA$70.00/hr
Key Responsibilities
Develops business cases for new solutions
Identifies and analyzes business needs for assigned IT/OT initiatives
Drives stakeholder engagement and communication through business presentations and reports
Collaborates with IT Portfolio Management, Security Operations, and Infrastructure teams to manage inbound non‑standard IT requests
Supports financial planning and management for IT/OT systems
Creates and maintains documentation and procedures to ensure effective IT systems and processes
Assists with rate applications
Coordinates, documents, and oversees Records Management Program
Performs operational routines
