Information Technology Administrator

We are looking for a hands-on IT Administrator to manage and support the day-to-day IT operations of our growing startup. You will be the go-to person for all IT infrastructure, employee tech support, and system access management.

This is a high-ownership role in a fast-paced environment where you will ensure smooth IT functioning across the organization.

• Provide end-to-end IT support for employees (hardware, software, network, email, tools)
• Troubleshoot issues related to laptops, desktops, printers, Wi-Fi, and connectivity
• Manage IT onboarding and offboarding (device setup, account creation, access removal)
• Handle IT asset management including tracking laptops, accessories, and licenses
