Education

Engineer / Graduate in computer science, information technology, computing, systems, etc. (Titled, student, intern and /or Technician or Technologist in computer science)

Knowledge

• Basic knowledge in hardware, software, operating systems, database;
• Knowledge in Windows, Office, Linux (preference);
• Reading and interpretation of flowcharts;
• Structured cabling;
• English 50%.

Experience

• Technical support to computer equipment, SQL Server, bases in some programming language.
• Hardware Support (Scanners, PCs, Zebra Printers, Collectors).
• Programming routes in sfdc based on flowcharts.
• Support Software (Windows, Linux, Chrome, JMDS, Cirrus).
• Keep down production times with respect to systems.
