Job Summary
Responsible for assisting with project completion including analysis, training, testing, documentation problem resolution, and implementation an application. Assists in training of new employees; testing of software upgrades, customizations and software advisories; and monitoring reports from various automated systems.
Job Duties
+ Maintains, upgrades, and evaluates medication catalogs and supporting tables for accuracy.
+ Assists in the development, review, and revisions of department policy and procedures regarding automated equipment and technology.
+ Assists with the testing of software upgrades, customizations, and software advisories.
+ Assists with disaster recovery planning, testing, and documentation.
+ Serves as a trouble-shooter for all automation equipment.
+ Creates instructional and reference materials and serves as an expert resource for computer operators on system functionality.
