**What You’ll Do**

+ Maintain TTEC’s Information Security standards to reduce risk related to data loss and security incidents.
+ Monitor security tools to ensure they are operating effectively, and take corrective action to remediate agent or system issues as needed.
+ Maintain and support security capabilities to ensure partner teams have reliable tools to monitor, detect, and protect the environment
+ Collaborate with Information Security, IT Operations, and Engineering teams to support issue resolution and strengthen security posture.
