Duties & Responsibilities Collects business requirements and develops functional specifications. Analyzes, installs, acquires, modifies and supports business applications. Follows established requirement gathering process to identify requirements. Configures or re-engineers processes, business applications or software to meet business needs, oversees implementation, and may provide post-implementation end-user support and maintenance. Contributes to the testing and evaluation of business applications or architecture used throughout the IT solution set. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Essential Technical expertise in Epicor Kinetic, ECM and/or IDC products. Advanced relational database skills. Advanced SQL scripting skills. Requires server administration skills. Good at communicating (written and verbal) with Business users, other technical teams and management. Experience in writing functional and regression tests.
