Influencer & UGC Manager

Responsibilities

• Influencer Relations Management: identify, liaise with, and build lasting relationships with influencers that align with client objectives and brand voice. Negotiate and secure successful collaborations to impact campaign outcomes.
• Campaign Strategy & Execution: develop and execute influencer marketing strategies that generate brand awareness, engagement, and conversions, aligned with target audience, budget and goals. Ensure optimizations for performance.
• Content Creation & Scripting: write engaging scripts and content for influencer and UGC campaigns to resonate with the target audience and align with client branding and current social media trends.
• Filming & Editing: take responsibility for filming and editing high‑quality influencer and UGC videos using Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro, ensuring polished, engaging and on‑brand visuals.
