Infield E-Bike Mechanic

Primary Job Functions:

• Perform basic e-bike maintenance by identifying issues and performing small repairs on vehicles in the field. This may include brake & chain adjustments, tire inflation, and vehicle cleaning to ensure vehicles are in optimal working condition when needed.
• Use a bike and a phone to travel & navigate around London to repair bikes which are reported broken.
• Follow procedures set in place when dealing with tasks
• Diagnosing, repairing, and performing quality control (QC) on vehicles
• Deploying vehicles to proper locations
• Marking broken vehicles for retrieval
• Retrieving any loose batteries found on the street
• Facing the public
• Reporting decayed vehicles

Secondary Job Functions:

• Neatly aligning vehicles
• Picking up tipped-over vehicles and rebalancing them
• Clearing trash from baskets
