Industrial/Organizational (I/O) Consultant

Kaizen Approach is currently seeking an Industrial/Organizational (I/O) Consultant to support strategic workforce planning and human capital initiatives for a federal customer. In this role, you'll collaborate with the Human Development Advanced Capabilities Office to develop and execute strategic workforce plans that align organizational capabilities with future mission requirements. You'll evaluate workforce competencies, identify skill and capability gaps, develop implementation strategies, and provide data-driven recommendations that improve organizational effectiveness.
