Role purpose and reporting:

The I/O Psychologist leads psychometric assessment practices across this JSE listed Group, ensuring scientific rigor and ethical compliance, while driving the Career Development framework to support leadership and talent development. The role reports to the Head of Talent & Leadership who reports to the Group Head of People & Culture

Qualifications and experience:

The role requires a Master’s degree in industrial/Organisational Psychology and registration with the HPCSA for independent practice . Candidates should have at least five years’ experience in psychometrics or talent assessment, with additional experience in career development, psychologist network coordination, and working in a large group environment (advantageous. )
