The opportunity
As an Industrialization Team Leader (Power Electronics) , you will be responsible for leading the industrialization of advanced power conversion products, ensuring a seamless transition from R&D to mass production.
You will work closely with cross-functional and global teams to deliver scalable, cost-efficient, and high-quality manufacturing solutions. This role offers a unique opportunity to bridge engineering and operations, driving industrial excellence while contributing to the deployment of innovative technologies for the energy transition.
How you’ll make an impact
- Lead the industrialization of new products (converters, inverters, PCS), ensuring an efficient New Product Introduction (NPI) process from design to serial production
- Collaborate with R&D teams to ensure Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Testability (DFT) principles are fully implemented
