Industrialisation Engineer Location: Scarborough Salary: £40,000 - £43,000 per year Hours: Monday Thursday, 8.30am 4.30pm. Fridays, 8am 1pm. Responsibilities of the Industrialisation Engineer: Take part in continuous improvement activities using structured improvement methodologies, statistical improvement methods, and structured problem-solving tools. Identify and deliver productivity, cost, and quality improvements across site operations. Support the deployment of standardised work practices and visual management systems. Facilitate structured problem-solving activities with cross-functional teams.
