Responsibilities

Responsible for providing technical consulting services that leverage NALCO Water's intellectual property and assist sales force in increasing account revenue and profitability.

Provide expert advice and assistance to NALCO staff and customers.

Understand NALCO's application portfolio and the industry processes directly impacted by these applications within the chemical, power, and primary metals industry segments, and understand the value of Nalco programs to the customer, actively promoting this value to the customer and within the organization.

Work as a technical resource with the local sales team and application engineers to audit and assess customer operations, determining where Nalco chemical applications and digital technology can improve operational efficiency, reduce total cost of operations, maximize productivity, improve finished product quality, reduce waste, and improve safety.
