Industrial Sustainability Specialist II

**What You'll Do:**

+ Oversees enterprise performance tracking systems and supports identification of improvement opportunities for energy, water, waste, and industrial emissions.
+ Contributes to the development and maintenance of industrial sustainability systems, KPIs, standards, and performance frameworks to enable visibility, accountability, and continuous improvement
+ Oversees and executes audits, assessments, and development of improvement roadmaps, including identification and prioritization of best practices.
+ Partners with Engineering, Operations, Utilities, and Maintenance to translate sustainability goals into actionable plans and support plant-level execution.
+ Serves as a technical resource and oversees Scope 1 and Scope 2 operational data, methodologies, and supporting systems, in alignment with Sustainability Leadership.
