Industrial Relations Lead - HR Compliance & Training

TDCX Group in Singapore is looking for an HR professional to handle employee relations activities, disciplinary matters, and compliance with local labor laws. You will support management with the execution of HR practices and deliver relevant training to the team.

The ideal candidate should possess a Diploma or higher in Human Resources, with at least 2 years' relevant experience. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.
