THE REGIONALOFFICE IS LOCATED IN HANOVER, MD WITH THE INITAL ASSIGNMENT IN BALTIMORE. JOURNEYMAN RATE OF PAY IS $53/HR, PLUS ADDITIONAL $3/HR COMPLETION BONUS.
