Industrial Plant Maintenance Manager

Ferrero is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager in Iquique, Chile, to oversee the comprehensive maintenance of our industrial plant. You will ensure operational continuity and equipment reliability, plan and supervise maintenance activities, and manage the budget.

The ideal candidate should have a mechanical engineering background, about 5 years of relevant experience, and strong communication and people management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and intermediate English is required.
