Pay Rate: $28 to $32 per hour (depending on experience) + weekly pay

We're looking for a reliable Industrial Paint Assistant to join a busy night shift team working on heavy industrial steel coatings. If you've had experience with industrial painting, abrasive blasting, or surface preparation and want to build your skills in a specialised industry, this is a great opportunity.

You’ll be supporting experienced Industrial Painters on large engineering projects, helping keep production moving while learning from a skilled team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assisting Industrial Painters throughout the coating process.
• Mixing paints and coatings to the correct specifications.
