**Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician**
**Job Description**
The Maintenance Technician maintains a clean, safe, and fully operational facility by performing repairs, improvements, and preventive maintenance on fixtures, equipment, and production lines. This role ensures that primary production operations consistently meet or exceed safety, quality, reliability, cost, capability, and capacity requirements in a manufacturing environment.
**Responsibilities**
+ Follow preventive maintenance (PM) work orders and complete them accurately and on time.
+ Inspect, maintain, and repair physical assets, production equipment, and facility infrastructure to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
+ Perform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting to identify root causes of equipment issues and implement effective repairs.
