This position involves operating machinery, handling raw rubber materials, monitoring production quality and helping maintain a safe and efficient shop environment. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a hands-on industrial setting.

**Responsibilities**

+ Operate rubber processing equipment and production machinery
+ Monitor material quality and production consistency
+ Load and unload raw materials and finished products
+ Perform routine equipment cleaning and basic maintenance
+ Follow workplace safety procedures and wear required PPE
+ Maintain accurate production records and communicate issues to supervisors
