Your Role
Key Responsibilities
- Service Delivery and Operational Excellence
- Collecting documents from the potential candidate for the purpose of job offer letter generation and administration.
- Ensure the documents received are well completed and provide to the recruiters for salary proposal preparation.
- Assist to clear mailbox and ensure the email is delivered to the correct recipients.
- Any other ad-hoc / relevant tasks.
- Generation of job administration.
- Prepare new hires kit.
- New employees hiring administration.
- Interface with Internal Parties
- Responsible for end to end management of internal customers (managers/employees/HR) enquiries via phone and/or email in an effective, discrete, professional manner and respecting data privacy constraints.
